You can delete your Fijah account at any time, in the app or on the web:
- Open Fijah and tap your name and character at the top of the home page to open your profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, then tap Delete forever.
Your account is deleted straight away, with your username, email, password, chat messages, game results, coins, items, friends, and the photo puzzles, drawings and crossword gifts you sent. The device then starts again as a new guest.
Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, with nothing linking them to you.
Can’t open the app?
Email hello@circleroll.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll delete it and reply to let you know.
