These terms are an agreement between you and CircleRoll LLC (“we”), who make Fijah. By playing Fijah you agree to them; if you don’t, please don’t use it.
Playing
Fijah is free to play. Accounts are for players 13 and older. Keep your password to yourself; you’re responsible for what’s done with your account.
Be kind
- No bullying, threats, hate or sexual content, in chat, names or anything you share.
- Don’t share anyone’s private details, or photos of people who haven’t agreed to it.
- Only share what you have the right to share.
- Don’t cheat by changing the app or talking to our server directly, and don’t try to break or overload Fijah.
We can remove anything that breaks these rules, and pause or close accounts that do.
What you share
Photos, drawings, crossword gifts and messages stay yours. You let us store them and show them to the people you share them with, only to run Fijah. You can report anything that shouldn’t be there; we look at reports and act on them.
Coins and items
Coins, power-ups and items are for use in Fijah only. They have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money. Purchases are final, except where the law or the store you bought through says otherwise; purchases in the apps follow Apple’s or Google’s rules, including their refunds.
Our games
Fijah’s games, puzzles, characters, art and code belong to CircleRoll LLC. You may play them and share links to them, but not copy or sell them.
Changes
We may change, add or remove games and features, and may stop Fijah altogether. If we change these terms, we’ll update this page; playing after that means you accept the new terms.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Fijah running well, but it’s provided “as is”, without guarantees. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
Ending
You can stop playing any time and delete your account from your profile. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
